On the occasion of the upcoming"Mid-Autumn Festival" and "National Day" double festivals,in order to effectively ensure the safety and stability of each company duringthe "double festivals," further tighten and implement safetyproduction responsibilities, and systematically identify various safety hazardsto prevent accidents of all kinds. On September 27th, Chairman Meng Xinguo andPresident Wang Suo led a team to conduct on-site safety inspections before theMid-Autumn Festival and National Day at three companies: Kangsheng Rainbow,Fushun Chemical, and Zhengdong Chemical. The general managers of the threecompanies, as well as members from the safety and environmental department andinspection department, participated and cooperated in the inspection.

Chairman Meng Xinguo conducted thoroughinquiries and inspections at each location, urging the responsible heads ofrelevant departments to shoulder the main responsibility for safety productionmanagement. The Chairman stressed the importance ofcascading responsibility at all levels, implementing safety production in everylink of the production chain, and effectively eliminating various safety risksand hazards.

Furthermore, he called for increasedinvestment in ensuring the availability of funds, materials, and technology forsafety production, continuing to enhance safety production conditions. Strictadherence to safety production regulations and systems was emphasized topromote safety management, standardize processes, and establish a soundlong-term safety production mechanism.
