Under the leadership of the Party organisation of the enterprise and the higher-level trade unions, enterprise trade unions are in close contact with the masses of workers, are concerned about the production and life of the masses of workers, are enthusiastic about serving the masses of workers, and endeavour to build themselves into a home for workers that is well organised, protects their rights, is active in its work, has a clear role to play, and is trusted by the workers.
