On June 12, Vice Chairman Meng Xinguo led a taskforce comprising COO Yan Wei, EHS Director Fan Xuefeng, and subsidiary executives in conducting a comprehensive safety and 5S compliance verification audit across production facilities. This initiative advanced operational accountability and standardized management protocols, culminating in a debrief session where corrective action blueprints were developed for continuous improvement.


The audit taskforce conducted meticulous inspections across critical zones—production floors, equipment operations, and fire safety installations—focusing on:  
1. Fire Safety Compliance**: Verifying unobstructed egress routes and emergency response equipment integrity  
2. Operational Protocols**: Assessing machinery handling adherence to OSHA-compliant procedures  
3. Material Management**: Evaluating identification clarity and designated storage compliance  
4. 5S Implementation**: Auditing cleaning systems, organization standards, and sustained discipline  
5. Environmental Stewardship**: Reviewing landscaping maintenance and ecological conditions 

During the inspection, VC Meng asserted: "Safety constitutes our operational non-negotiable; 5S serves as the foundation of excellence. Every detail materially impacts production efficacy and employee welfare—we mandate zero-tolerance elimination of non-conformities through immediate corrective action and closed-loop governance." Post-audit, he convened a prioritization debrief to systematically catalog issues and assign accountability matrices.

Kangsheng has established a Corrective Action Register addressing all identified non-conformities, designating accountable owners with strict remediation timelines while implementing real-time monitoring protocols. This diagnostic assessment transcends routine inspection—it operationalizes our safety primacy and operational excellence philosophy. Moving forward, we will:
