II. Possible impacts of the construction project on the environment and environmental protection measures
Pollution generation and treatment measures of the proposed project:
(1) Waste gas pollutant generation and prevention characteristics
Installation area exhaust gas:
First workshop: a set of ammonia absorption + secondary water absorption + primary acid absorption device and a set of primary water spray + secondary liquid alkali spray + secondary activated carbon adsorption device are set up in the first workshop, in which the exhaust gas containing ammonia is introduced into the P1 exhaust pipe of the first workshop with a high height of 30m, an inner diameter of 0.5m, and a fan air volume of 5000m3/h; the rest of the acidic exhaust gas is introduced into the second workshop's secondary activated carbon adsorption device after being treated. After treatment, the remaining acidic waste gas is introduced into the secondary activated carbon adsorption device of the second workshop, and then discharged through the P2 exhaust pipe, with a height of 30m, an inner diameter of 0.8m, and a fan air volume of 9000m3/h;
Second workshop: the second workshop sets up a set of primary water spraying + secondary liquid alkali spraying + secondary activated carbon adsorption device, and sets up a 30m exhaust pipe (P2), with an inner diameter of 0.8m and a fan air volume of 9000m3/h;
The third workshop: the third workshop is set up with a set of first-class water spraying + second-class liquid alkali spraying + second-class activated carbon suction device, supporting the setting of a 30m exhaust pipe (P3), inner diameter 0.8m, fan air volume of 9000m3/h;


The fourth workshop: the fourth workshop sets a set of first-class water spray + second-class liquid alkali spray + third workshop second-class activated carbon suction device, supporting the setting of a 30m exhaust pipe (P3), inner diameter 0.8m, fan air volume of 9000m3/h;
Tank exhaust gas: the size of the respiratory exhaust gas is introduced into the second workshop through the pipeline exhaust gas device treatment, through the P2 exhaust pipe emissions
Sewage treatment station: tank group six size breathing exhaust gas, three-effect evaporation of non-condensable gas, sewage treatment station generated by the sewage treatment area exhaust gas treatment device (secondary liquid alkali spray + activated carbon adsorption) after treatment, discharged through the P5 exhaust pipe;
Heat-conducting oil furnace exhaust gas: natural gas combustion exhaust gas is directly discharged through P4 exhaust cylinder.
Unorganized waste gas: unorganized emission waste gas is mainly considered to be generated in the raw device area due to running, bubbling, dripping, leaking and other aspects of the waste gas, waste gas from sewage treatment station and uncollected waste gas from the hazardous waste warehouse, after taking reasonable measures, all the pollutants can be discharged in compliance with the standards at the plant boundary.
(2) Wastewater generation and prevention characteristics
Wastewater generated by the proposed project mainly includes domestic sewage, process wastewater, workshop floor cleaning wastewater, wastewater generated by the waste gas treatment process, and circulating cooling tower drainage. It is discharged into the park sewage treatment plant for deep treatment after pretreatment by the sewage treatment station in the plant.
(3) Noise generation and prevention characteristics
It mainly adopts anechoic, foundation damping, sound insulation and other measures to reduce the impact of noise on the environment.
(4) Solid waste generation and prevention characteristics
Solid wastes generated by this project mainly include employees' living garbage, waste filter cloth, waste activated carbon, distillation residue, waste heat transfer oil, sewage treatment station sludge, etc., which are reasonably disposed of.
Conclusion
The construction unit shall strictly abide by the "three simultaneous" regulations, implement the environmental protection measures and suggestions put forward in this report, ensure the normal operation of environmental protection facilities, and ensure that the environmental quality of the region where the project is located is not affected by the construction of the project. From the perspective of environmental protection, the construction of the project is feasible.

V. Scope and main matters for public comments
The scope of public consultation is the residential area around the plant, the cultural area and the area in the rural area where the crowd is concentrated. The local people and government departments are solicited for their opinions on the construction of the project, and their attitudes, requirements and other opinions on the environmental impacts (mainly noise, exhaust gas, sewage, solid waste, etc.) caused during the construction and operation periods of the project.
