On September 20, 2024, the management meeting for the management layer of Kang Sheng Group was held. It comprehensively summarized the work from January to August 2024 and arranged and deployed the work tasks from September to December. Chairman Yang Feng attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Chairman Yang Feng emphasized: The purpose of our convening this meeting is to deeply analyze the company's development trend and clarify the future direction. We must clearly recognize that the challenges we face are still severe. First, we must strengthen our confidence and determination in development. Confidence comes from the support of our state investment and the signs of market recovery. Second, we must enhance a sense of urgency and pressure. We must seek opportunities in crises, strengthen the foundation and consolidate the fundamentals, and take effective profit-making measures in the face of market turmoil. Third, we must stimulate entrepreneurial passion, increase revenue and reduce expenditure, break inertial thinking and change our mindset, and seek cooperation. Fourth, we must establish a complete and orderly operation mechanism, do a good job in communication and coordination, and improve incentive, restraint and assessment mechanisms. Fifth, we must focus on cultivating comprehensive talents with teamwork ability, problem-solving ability, innovative spirit and sense of responsibility. Strengthen mutual understanding, communication and trust among various departments. Only in this way can we better cooperate in combat and achieve greater development and complete the annual goals with guaranteed quality and quantity. Chairman Yang Feng also particularly emphasized two red line issues: "We must firmly adhere to the red line of safety production and integrity awareness and build a high-quality cadre team with responsibility and courage." Vice Chairman Meng Xinguo said that the whole group must resolutely implement all the requirements put forward by Chairman Yang Feng. With the determination and courage to cut through thorns and overcome difficulties and the tenacity of never letting go until the goal is achieved, we should turn the "planning map" of task goals into a "realistic picture" of improving quality and increasing efficiency.
