On February 9, Wang Wei, head of Shandong Province’s "Four Advances" Work Team, led a delegation to Kangsheng Group for an inspection and guidance visit, accompanied by Zang Dekuan, Deputy Party Secretary of Yutai County. The visit aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s development status, address practical challenges, and promote high-quality local economic growth. Other participating officials included Li Changying, Member of the Yutai County Party Standing Committee and Secretary of the Yutai Economic Development Zone Party Working Committee/Director of the Administrative Committee.

During the inspection, Director Wang Wei and the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of Kangsheng Group’s production operations, technological innovations, and future development plans. Chairman Meng Xinguo provided a comprehensive report on the Group’s growth trajectory, business portfolio, strategic roadmap, as well as challenges encountered during development.After carefully reviewing the report and considering current policy directives and industry trends, the work team offered targeted guidance tailored to the Group’s practical needs. Their expert recommendations—precisely identifying key challenges—will support Kangsheng in diversifying its development strategies and achieving steady growth amid a complex and evolving market landscape.


At the meeting, Team Leader Wang Wei delivered an in-depth analysis aligned with product strategy and policy guidelines. He emphasized that current product deployment must precisely align with policy directives, prioritizing existing clients and market demands to comprehensively optimize product lines while identifying and filling market gaps.Following a detailed interpretation of policy provisions, he underscored the imperative to fully leverage policy-driven opportunities, enhance product competitiveness across the board, and propel business growth to new heights—thereby laying a solid foundation for the team’s follow-up actions and ensuring steady, sustainable progress.

During the accompanying inspection, Zang Dekuan, Deputy Party Secretary of Yutai County, emphasized that the Yutai County Party Committee and County Government would steadfastly support the development of high-quality enterprises like Kangsheng Group.
